Earlier this week at Northampton Magistrates' Court Ives, of Midland Road in Wellingborough, admitted four counts of theft.

After stealing products worth £75 on February 15, Ives returned to the shop on February 24 and walked out without paying for items worth £100.25.

Just over a week later he went back to the same supermarket and stole products worth £179.

And the following day - despite three thefts in as many weeks - the thief returned to Asda and took items worth £138 before he was arrested.
