13. Shane Tye
Tye, aged 31, was driving a stolen Ford Fiesta involved in a catastrophic collision after attempting a U-turn on the A45 near Raunds, killing his pal Stephen Hare in the passenger seat in February 2024. Tye of Herriotts Lane, Wellingborough, left the crash scene but was arrested 45 minutes later in Thrapston. 14. Daniel Lake

15. Yahya Yalahow
The Northampton drug dealer was sentenced to five years, 219 days after he was caught on CCTV throwing 20 wraps of heroin out of a window when police raided a flat in St John’s Street. Yalahow, 24, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs — crack cocaine and heroin — possessing criminal property and possession of cannabis.
