Teenager arrested in Wellingborough drugs bust
Police seized a large amount of drugs and cash
A 17-year-old boy was arrested after a drugs bust in Wellingborough on Friday (March 26).
Police officers witnessed a suspected drug deal in Salem Lane at 8pm and a suspect tried to run off from them.
But he was then detained and found to be in possession of a large amount of class A drugs and cash.
A police spokesman said the boy has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
