"There were other passengers on the bus at the time, and officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have been on board and witnessed this incident or who may have seen a man fitting his description."

Police say the man was black, believed to be aged between 40 and 50 years old, about 5ft 6in tall and of a medium to large build.
