Stanwick paedophile spared jail

Bradley Wilcox, 57, was given a second chance at Northampton Crown Court yesterday (Tuesday) after he admitted three indecent images offences and one count of possession of extreme pornography.

Wilcox, of Parklands in Stanwick, downloaded 58 category A images, 25 category B images and 49 category C images of child abuse - category A being the most severe - between 2007 and 2017.

He also downloaded 230 images of bestiality between 2010 and 2017.

Yesterday Wilcox was sentenced to 12 months in prison suspended for two years.

He must complete 200 hours of unpaid work and 30 days of rehabilitation activities, as well as paying £200 in costs.

Wilcox was also made the subject of a 10-year sexual harm prevention order restricting his internet use.
