CCTV footage has been released following a break-in at a sports club in a Northamptonshire village.

Brixworth Central Sports Club, in St David's Close, home to several football teams, including Sands United, was broken into and trashed by vandals between 1am and 2am on Monday (October 19).The suspects broke in via the external fire doors, caused damaged to the premises, ripped TVs off the wall and left them in the playing field, smashed bottles of alcohol and stole a small cash float.

Since the break-in, a fundraising campaign has been set up by Sands United - the team set up to help men affected by child loss. The fundraiser was subsequently backed by Martin Lewis.Northamptonshire Police has now released CCTV footage of four males they wish to speak to.

Detectives are also asking that nearby residents with security cameras to review their footage around 12am-3am on the morning of October 19 to see if they can see anything suspicious.

Anyone who has CCTV of the area of saw anything suspicious at the time of the incident, should call police on 101.
