Police gotta catch 'em all as Kettering Pokemon card thief taken to court
A thief who stole Pokemon cards from a Kettering supermarket twice in two days was caught after he was spotted by a member of staff.
Justin Pilgrim, 24, was arrested on March 12 last year after swiping four tins of the collectables from the Tesco Extra in Carina Road.

Hide AdThe day before he had also stolen two tins of the cards, based on the popular Japanese video game.
But when he brazenly returned to steal again he was spotted by a supermarket worker who alerted security staff to his crime.
And he was then detained, arrested and charged with theft, which he admitted at Northampton Magistrates' Court this month.
Pilgrim, of no fixed address but with links to the town's Grange estate, was sentenced to a conditional discharge.

Hide AdIt means he will receive no further punishment as long as he commits no further offences within the next 12 months.
The thief was told he must pay compensation of £18, costs of £85 and a surcharge to fund victim services of £21.
