Police officers trying to stop a car believed to be involved in drug dealing had their vehicle rammed during a pursuit.

Officers from the Kettering Proactive team were trying to stop the silver BMW 3 Series in Breedon Close on the Danesholme Estate in Corby at 2.15pm yesterday (Wednesday, February 26).

They believed that the car could have been used for dealing drugs.

As they attempted to stop it, the car drove off and collided with a police car. There were no injuries and the car was later discovered abandoned in a different location

No-one was injured during the incident and the police investigation is ongoing.
