People are being urged to stay at home and only go outside for food, health reasons or work (if you cannot work from home) to help stop the spread of Covid-19.

Anyone who does go out is being urged to stay two metres (6ft) away from other people at all times, although people should not be meeting others, even friends or family.

It is all part of the Government's strategy for people to stay at home in order to protect the NHS and save lives.
