Police called after pepper spray used during Corby fight

Emergency services were called to Corby today (December 31) after pepper spray was used during a fight.

An altercation in Rockingham Road, near Kelvin Grove and allegedly involving two men, was reported to police at about 11.40am.

Ambulances were also called to the scene because pepper spray was sprayed during the fight in the corridor of a flat.

A police spokesman said it left some people with symptoms such as eye-watering and sneezing, but that everybody is 'okay now'.

Nobody has been arrested in connection with the incident.

A police spokesman said enquiries are being progressed, including into who sprayed the pepper spray.
