Burglars stole tools worth £30,000 after breaking into a compound in Oundle.

Criminals got through a gate to the compound, at the side of the old Riverside Hotel in Station Road, at some point between 4pm on March 25 and 11am on March 29.

A safe was also smashed open and the burglars removed tools and equipment worth £30,000 from the site.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them.
