Police are appealing for witnesses after an attempted burglary at a house in Beanfield Avenue, Corby.

Between 2am and 11am on Thursday, May 21, the offender/s attempted to force open the patio doors at the rear of the house.

However, no access was gained and nothing was stolen.

A spokesman for Northants Police said: "Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously in the area between 2am and 11am on Thursday, May 21."

Anyone with information about the attempted burglary is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101 quoting reference number 20000256844.
