'Nuisance' off-road bike used to cause anti-social behaviour in Wellingborough seized by police
An off-road bike used to cause anti-social behaviour in Wellingborough has been seized by cops.
Wellingborough and East Northamptonshire Neighbourhood Policing Team said the nuisance off-road motorbike had been used to cause anti-social behaviour and annoyance to residents near Stanwell Park on the Queensway estate.
But this bike won’t be causing any more problems as it was recently seized by Northamptonshire Police.
A spokesman for the neighbourhood team said: “On Wednesday, July 8, PCs Russ Barnes and Ben Morris seized the motorbike following information provided by a member of the public.

"The information came after the resident spoke with PC Barnes at a local Beat Bus surgery, highlighting the importance of community engagement and reporting concerns to neighbourhood officers.
"Thank you to everyone who continues to share information with us.
"Your support helps us tackle the issues that matter most to local communities.”
