'Not in Northamptonshire': Police issue warning to County Lines drug dealers after more raids on homes

Drugs and cash were seized after raids on the Birmingham homes of two suspects arrested in Northamptonshire, police have revealed.

Northants Road Crime Team made the arrests on Saturday.

A spokesperson for the team said yesterday: "Following the two arrests earlier today the team completed some house searches in Birmingham...look what we found...

"Let’s be clear County Lines drug dealers will be arrested, have their drugs seized, their homes searched and their assets recovered."

The spokesperson added that there was a long way to go with the investigation but the aim would be to turn the criminal assets into a tangible benefit for communities under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
