Police want to speak to this man.

Detectives investigating the discovery of a huge Corby cannabis factory have released an image of a man who is wanted.

The man, pictured on CCTV wearing a blue face mask, is wanted after the find on the town's Lincoln estate earlier this month.

A total of 238 mature cannabis plants were found spread across a four-bed home in Skegness Walk on the morning of April 16, after police received a tip-off.

Now police are appealing for help to identify the man they believe may have useful information.

A police spokesman said: "The man pictured, anyone who recognises him, or anyone with information about the cannabis grow, is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101."

Speaking after the cannabis factory was found, PC Mark Walker said: “This cannabis factory was affecting the lives of local residents, a fact that people often overlook when they see a factory of this nature being dismantled.

“I’m really pleased that we have been able to respond to their concerns, as that is the bread and butter of neighbourhood policing - listening to the community.

“With the increase of neighbourhood policing officers in Corby, we are determined to keep tackling local issues, and executing warrants of this nature will continue to be one of our priorities.”
