Man pushed to the floor by two men and robbed as he walked to work in Northamptonshire

A man was walking to work along Wellingborough Road in Northampton this morning (Monday) when he was robbed by two men.

The victim was near the Pearce Leatherworks building when he was approached by two men. They shouted at him and pushed him to floor and went through his pockets.

They took his wallet which contained cash and credit cards and then ran off towards Lings Way.

The incident happened this morning between 3.30am and 3.50am.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information regarding it.
