Man pushed in the chest and slapped across the face during attack outside Wellingborough Road shop in Northampton

The victim was attacked outside the Transylvania shop on Wellingborough Road, Northampton after he asked a man not to park in the restricted area outside the shop.

The man became abusive and pushed the victim in the chest before slapping him in the face.

The offender was driving a white Ford Transit van.

He is described as white, aged between 20 and 30 with a stocky build, about 6ft 2in with short brown hair.

The van he was driving had the word ‘QUINN’ on the side of it.

The incident happened on Wednesday, February 10 at about 5.30pm.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information regarding it.
