Tonner, of Vernon Court, Lower Point View, Saltash, Cornwall, was set to appear before Her Honour Judge Lucking at Northampton Crown Court on Friday (December 15).

With counsel appearing via videolink and the judge ready to deliver her sentence, Tonner was nowhere to be seen, despite being given extra time to turn up.

So Judge Lucking issued a no-bail warrant for his arrest.

Anyone who knows where Tonner is should call their local police force on 101.
