A man who was due to be sentenced for harassment offences against a Corby woman has failed to turn up at court.

Richard Tonner, 35, had been due to appear for sentencing for the serious offences that occurred in Rossetti Road, Corby last year.

Tonner, of Vernon Court, Lower Point View, Saltash, Cornwall, was set to appear before Her Honour Judge Lucking at Northampton Crown Court on Friday (December 15).

With counsel appearing via videolink and the judge ready to deliver her sentence, Tonner was nowhere to be seen, despite being given extra time to turn up.

So Judge Lucking issued a no-bail warrant for his arrest.

Anyone who knows where Tonner is should call their local police force on 101.
