A 45-year-old man has been charged in connection with a crime spree in Wellingborough.

Robert John Moore, 45, of no fixed abode, has been charged in connection with the following offences:

- Attempting to break into a vehicle in Althorp Close, Wellingborough on April 28, 2020

- Attempting to break into a vehicle in Chatsworth Drive, Wellingborough on April 28, 2020

- Attempting to break into a vehicle in Hatfield Close, Wellingborough on April 28, 2020

- Theft from a vehicle in Hatfield Close, Wellingborough on April 28, 2020

- Possession of cannabis in Queensway, Wellingborough on April 29, 2020

Moore appeared at Northampton Magistrates’ Court this morning (Thursday, April 30) and was remanded into custody.

He will next appear at Northampton Crown Court on May 7, 2020.
