During the burglaries, a number of items were stolen, including jewellery.

A 47-year-old Market Harborough man has been arrested in connection with all four incidents and released on bail pending further enquiries.

PC Simon Greener said: “Everyone deserves to feel safe in their home and that is why tackling burglaries is such a top priority for this force.

“This burglary series was rightly causing concern among the local community in Corby so I hope this arrest goes some way in reassuring them we are taking this issue very seriously in order to bring the offender to justice.”
