Man arrested after police discover cannabis factory in Northampton

Northamptonshire Police discovered a cannabis factory on Crowthorp Road, Northampton at around 2.15pm yesterday, Wednesday November 11, whilst responding to reports of an assault at the same address.
Police, upon entering the property, say they found small plants in a cupboard and a larger quantity of cannabis was found in several large bags in the loft. Scales were also found inside the residence.
A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs. He has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
