"A 22-year-old man has been arrested for four counts of criminal damage, two counts of ABH and for assaulting an emergency worker."
Resident Carola Edwards and husband Paul had both of their cars damaged and found what they believe to be human waste on the rear seat of one of their cars.
She said: "I wonder what went through that person’s mind, smashing every single car window down our stretch of Oakley Road.
"I feel sorry for our neighbours who tackled him and got hurt in the process. And why would you defecate on the back seat of someone’s car?"
