Long gave his address to Northampton Magistrates' Court as the town's Market Stalls last week having previously failed to turn up.

Magistrates discharged him conditionally for 12 months - meaning no further action will be taken unless he commits a further offence.

Long was told he must pay costs of £85 and a surcharge to fund victim services of £21.
