Knife-wielding Kettering gang rob teenager

A gang of boys robbed a teenager in Kettering after threatening him with kitchen knives.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the armed robbery in Thurston Drive at about 7pm on Monday (January 20).

Hide AdThe victim, a 17-year-old boy, was cycling when he was approached by three other boys.
A police spokesman said: "They knocked him to the ground, punched him to the face and threatened him with weapons, namely what looked like kitchen knives."
The victim was searched for valuables and his bicycle was stolen as he lay on the ground.
No descriptions of the three robbers were available at this stage.
