Kettering dog walker attacked by bike-riding thugs

A dog walker was attacked after an altercation with three dirt bike riders in a popular Kettering wood.

Police have released three pictures of men they want to speak to after the assault in Weekley Hall Wood on Sunday (March 28).

The victim was walking his dog between 12.40pm and 12.50pm, when he was involved in an altercation the riders of three dirt bikes.

It resulted in the dog walker being ridden into and knocked over before two of the riders punched and kicked him while he was on the floor.

A police spokesman said: "The men in the images or anyone who recognises them should contact Northamptonshire Police on 101."
