The most commonly reported crimes for every area across North Northamptonshire during January 2026 have been revealed.
Every month, new crime data is uploaded to police.uk and it includes statistics about the type of crime in each area of the county.
The latest figures are now available online, with the most recent data referring to January this year.
We’ve taken a look at the top reported crimes for each of the wards across Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and Rushden during the month.

Violence and sexual offences topped the list in every area, with 974 reports in total across the north of the county during January.
Anti-social behaviour was the second most commonly reported crime in 14 of the 18 areas.
The total number of reports of anti-social behaviour across the area was 440.
Other crimes which regularly feature for many of the wards are vehicle crime, criminal damage as well as arson and burglary.
At the start of February, we reported on a spate of vehicle crime in Rushden since the start of 2026 and these latest figures show 60 reports for this particular crime in the town that month.
Anti-social behaviour was also one of the most reported crimes in Rushden in January, which reflects the ongoing issues which were the subject of a recent public meeting organised by the police.
