A crash at a Corby roundabout last night (Saturday) was fatal, police have confirmed.

There was a huge emergency services response after the incident at the roundabout of Lloyds Road and Weldon Road at about 9.30pm.

In an appeal for witnesses, Northants Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit said the crash was fatal and involved a silver Fiat Stilo.

They urged anyone with information or dash-cam footage to contact the Drivewatch Hotline on 0800 174615.

Northamptonshire Police have been contacted for further comment.
