Drugs squad raid nets £30,000 haul of cannabis plants from Northampton property

Drugs squad detectives have issued a photo of a man they want to find following a raid on a cannabis farm in Northampton.
Tip-offs from locals led to the police swoop on a property in Knaphill Crescent in the Briar Hill area of town back in February.

A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said: "Officers carried out a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act an address Knaphill Crescent in February of this year, following concerns from the local community.
"A total of 107 mature cannabis plants were found inside the address, along with 109 young seedlings, with an estimated street value of between £68 and £181 each.
"Officers believe this man may have information which could assist with their enquiries and are appealing for him or anyone who may recognise him or know of his whereabouts, to get in touch by calling 101 using reference number 20000110051.
