Police want to talk to this man about an attack in Northampton in which a man suffered a fractured skull.

The incident happened back in January but police have issued a fresh appeal today, Wednesday June 10.

A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police said: "Between 3.50am and 4.05am on Saturday, January 25, a man was assaulted near McDonalds in The Drapery, which resulted in him sustaining a fractured skull.

"Officers investigating the incident believe this man may have information which could assist with their enquiries, and are appealing for him or anyone who may recognise him, to get in touch.

"Anyone with information is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101 quoting reference number 20000046812. Or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111," the spokesperson added.
