Johnson, 26, had previously been banned from the roads for drug-driving in November 2018 and was given a suspended sentence.

But he defied the ban by riding his motorbike dangerously and without insurance before being stopped.

At Northampton Magistrates' Court Johnson admitted his crimes and magistrates activated his four-month suspended sentence and added an extra eight weeks in prison - a total term of 24 weeks - citing his "flagrant disregard" for court orders and his record of previous offending.

Johnson was also banned from driving for 31 months and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £122.

A further charge of using threatening words or behaviour towards a PCSO was dropped.
