Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident of criminal damage to a historic property in Higham Ferrers.

Sometime between midday on Monday, November 16, and midday on Tuesday, November 17, stones were removed from the Saffron Road side of the 15th Century English Heritage Chichele College.

A spokesman for Northants Police said: "The site is located in a busy area of the town and officers are keen to speak with anyone who may have dashcam footage or remember seeing something suspicious at the time."
