Corby's illegal off-road bikes to be CRUSHED in public event
Police officers are set to hold a public crushing event to send a clear message to illegal off-road bikers in Corby.
Complaints against the bikes, that are frequently ridden around housing estates, along pedestrian walkways and across public open spaces have ramped up in recent weeks as people are spending more time at home.

Hide AdPolice officers vowed to redouble their efforts to catch the criminals after the Northants Telegraph highlighted the issue on its front page last week.
They have released details of bikes they have seized after they were used illegally in the town.Two more were seized yesterday (Sunday) in the woods off the A6116 / A43 close to Stanion.
Now, no-nonsense Chief Constable Nick Adderley has pledged to crush the seized vehicles in public.
Speaking in a public Q&A session, he told the public to watch out for events being held in the town soon, adding: "In the not too distant future we're going to seize these vehicles and crush them in public."
