Corby woman on run from police after failing to turn up for court

A Corby woman who failed to turn up for her court trial is wanted by police in the town.

Jane Hill, 35, of Stephenson Way, Corby, was due to stand trial at Northampton Magistrates Court on Friday (September 18) on charges of driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee in Alexandra Road while disqualified from doing so.

She was also accused of driving without insurance and without a seatbelt when she was arrested on August 9.

Hill had denied all the offences and was due up in court on Friday but when she failed to appear, magistrates issued a no-bail warrant for her arrest.
