Corby paedophile had more than 200 sick child abuse images

A Corby paedophile will be sentenced next month after he was caught with more than 200 vile images.

Richard Paige, 61, admitted three charges of making indecent images of children when he appeared before Northampton Magistrates' Court this month.

The charges related to a total of 212 sick files in offences which took place between August 2016 and October 2017.

A total of 66 of the images were in category A - the most depraved - with 60 in category B and 86 in category C.

Magistrates told Paige, of Grantham Walk in the town, he would be sentenced at Northampton Crown Court on March 5.

He was granted unconditional bail until then.
