Corby man due before court tomorrow charged with series of assault and driving offences

A Corby man will tomorrow (Monday, August 3) appear before magistrates charged with eight crimes.

Andru-Jay Burgess, who is from Corby but will appear from HMP Peterborough, will answer charges of:

- driving a Honda motorbike in Sower Leys Road while disqualified and without insurance on April 5

- driving a mini in Balmoral, Corby, while disqualified and without insurance on July 16

- two assaults on police officers on June 22 in Kettering

Burgess, 20, is due at Northampton Magistrates' Court in the morning.
