CCTV appeal after more than £1,800 of GHD hair products stolen from Rothwell business

Police have released this CCTV image of a male they want to speak to in connection with a commercial burglary in Bridge Street, Rothwell.

Between 5.20pm and 5.30pm on Sunday, January 10, a male climbed over a rear wall and used an instrument to force a door at the top of a fire escape to access the property.

A spokesman for Northants Police said: "Once inside, the offender has made a tidy search of the premises and stole £1,863 of GHD hair products, using a black JD Sports and multi-coloured bags for life to remove the items.

"The offender was wearing dark clothing with white stripes down the legs and the hood up, gloves and a full face covering.

"Officers would like to speak to anyone who can help identify this male, who may have seen a man fitting this description in the Bridge Street area carrying two bags for life between the stated times, or who may have been offered any similar hair products for sale in unusual circumstances."
