The front seat passenger was issued with a ticket for not wearing a seat belt.

There was a two-year-old in the back of the car without a child seat. The mother, who was sat in the back of the car with the child, claimed that it was fine because, “the child could see out of the side window.”

PC Dave Lee, from the safer roads team, on Twitter, pointed out that this is - in fact - not fine.
