“The vehicle was also found with no tax, insurance or current MOT.
”They have been advised to make their way home without the vehicle which has been seized now.
“Don't make unnecessary trips in lock down please.”
Tough lockdown laws make it illegal for anyone to be away from home for only a handful of reasons including work, exercise or in an emergency. The measures were introduced earlier this month after rising Covid rates became unmanageable with the tier system. More than 100,000 UK people have now died of the virus, which is thought to have emerged in China at the end of 2019.
