Burglar raids Kettering flat after victim pops out

A burglar stole cash and a phone in a raid at a flat in Kettering yesterday (Sunday).

The victim, who lives at the flat in Tresham Street, left their home and later found they had been burgled.

During the incident, which took place between 5pm and 7pm, the burglar stole a phone, cash, tobacco and a bank card.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
