The victim, who did not want to be named, said: "Nobody can believe that a middle aged man would walk onto someone’s private property in broad daylight and steal two expensive hanging baskets, then carry them down Bath Road without a care in the world.
"What mentality must he have? He was seen by someone on Facebook walking near to the chip shop which is quite a way from us.
"He did not even have a car nearby to make a quick getaway. He must have no morals and simply does not care."

The victim added: "The hanging baskets have been up for three years and we have had many nice comments.
"You try to brighten up the house and the road, then a thief steals your property!"
Anyone with information or who recognises the man in the footage should call police on 101.
