Banned Kettering pet owner back in court after being found with another dog
Magistrates have confiscated a second dog from a woman who was already banned from keeping animals.
Cali Dunkley, of Spring Rise, Kettering, was in court in October, 2025, after RSPCA inspectors found that her Dogue de Bordeaux Koda had been neglected.
The dog was visibly underweight and timid.
It was taken into the care of inspectors and made a good recovery, while Dunkley, 36, was prosecuted.

Magistrates gave her a community order and banned her from keeping dogs for seven years during that hearing on October 21.
But astonishingly, just six weeks later on December 3, Dunkley was again found in possession of a dog.
She was again taken to court and another dog has now been confiscated from her.
The animal was removed by officers and Dunkley was again brought before magistrates for breaching a disqualification order.
She pleaded guilty and was fined £80. She was also ordered to pay a surcharge of £32 and £85 in costs.
