128mph Audi driver caught on A43 at Kettering brake-checking other cars
An Audi A6 driver from Corby was caught by police doing nearly double the speed limit on the A43.
The motorist was in court to be sentenced for driving at an astonishing 128mph on the major road that runs between Corby and Kettering.
Slovakian Pavol Sicak, of Brixham Walk, was driving a silver 57-plate Audi A6 on the A43 at just before 1pm on August 4 this year.
He was spotted by police officer brake checking other motorists and attempting to undertake them.

While following him, they recorded their speed at 128mph – nearly double the 70mph dual carriageway limit.
Sicak, 42, was charged with speeding and driving without due care and attention.
He appeared before Northampton Magistrates’ Court last month where he admitted both charges. He was given a five month driving ban and fined £1,334. Sicak was also ordered to pay a £533 surcharge and £120 costs.
