On 29/06/2015 drove a Mitsubishi Lancer in Stamford Road, Corby, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 97mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Verdict: Guilty. To carry out unpaid work for 100 hours, pay victim surcharge of £60, costs of £1,000, banned from driving for 24 months.

KETTERING

Leah Louise Cudone

Irchester Road, Rushden. Age: 21

On 24/12/2015 were the owner of a dog, namely a black and white male bull mastif cross breed named Tommy which was dangerously out of control in Irchester Road, Rushden, and while so out of control injured a person.

Plea: Guilty. Discharged conditionally for 36 months. The dog will be destroyed unless the dog is kept under proper control by complying with certain conditions, including:

Signage must be displayed on the wall by the front door informing people there are dogs on the premises; Door-returning mechanisms fitted to the front and side gate of the property; Post box to be fitted to the outside of the property; When visitors attend the house the dog must be put into the designated area (kitchen or bedroom), the animal gate, and the kitch/bedroom door closed before the front door is opened; The dog must only be let out from the kitchen/bedroom if the visitors give consent or after they have left the house; The dog must have third party insurance for the rest of his life; When in public the dog must be on a leash, wear a collar, be walked by someone over 16 years old, must wear a box-style muzzle; and must be neuteured. To pay compensation of £500, victim surcharge £15, costs of £85.

Restraining order prohibits defendant from contacting first victim by any means including in person, by letter, by phone, by email, by social media networks or encouraging or instructing another to do so, from entering a street in Corby.
