C4 coming to Corby for industry workshop

Channel 4 will visit Corby later this month to host a media industry workshop.

The C4 Pop Up will hit the Core at Corby Cube on from 8.30am to 6pm on November 29 as it visits areas previously untouched by the broadcaster.

C4 is looking for 150 people between the ages of 16 and 25 to attend who have an interest in the media industry.

On the day there will be industry talks, creative workshops and down-to-earth careers advice and support from Channel 4.

There are three workshops to choose from: Digital Marketing, TV Production and Journalism.

There will also be a project-based task, with winners invited to the broadcaster’s HQ in London for a day.

The closing date for applications is Sunday (November 13).
