Both carriageways on major road in Kettering CLOSED following collision between lorry and car
The A43 is closed both ways as emergency services deal with the smash

The A43 Stamford Road in Kettering is closed both ways following a serious road traffic collision today (April 15).
The collision was between a lorry and a car and took place between the Stanion Turn off and Rushton Roundabout.
Both carriageways are currently closed at Barford Bridge as Northamptonshire Police deal with the crash.
A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police tweeted: "Motorists are advised to avoid the area while we deal with this incident. Thank you for your patience."
An air ambulance has landed at the scene and a woman is reported to be severely injured.
