Astonishing images show Kettering under water amid major blue-light rescue

Incredible images of Kettering' s Parkway area show the extent of flooding this lunchtime as the River Ise and Slade Brook burst their banks.

The pictures, taken by Snowy Ellson, show the whole area under water and emergency services trying to get people to safety.

Many homes are flooded and businesses including Chariots and The Parkhouse Pub have been affected.

Thirty homes have been evacuated with the help of Northants Search and Rescue volunteers.
