Wellingborough School showing its support for the community during pandemic

Wellingborough School has been showing its support for the community during lockdown.
As well as donating its stock of protective eyewear, the school in London Road, Wellingborough, has started producing visors for those who need them.

Hide AdA post on the school's Facebook page said: "Wellingborough School has been quietly doing what we can to support our community in these challenging times.
"Along with donations of our stock of protective eyewear, our DT Department has been busy behind the scenes sourcing materials and manufacturing PPE in the form of visors.
"After a number of early manufacturing challenges, the team has managed to produce a first batch of visors which have been distributed locally.
"A huge well done to you all."
Wellingborough School has been providing education remotely for students since closing on March 20 in line with Government guidance.
