Local exercise class shows why they are award winning by yet again raising funds for a local charity

Local exercise group Silver Strength got together for an afternoon of cake coffee and chatter with a little bit of exercise thrown in to raise money for Raunds Food Bank.
A local exercise class that specialises in falls prevention and chair exercise for the more mature person has again raised an amazing sum for a local charity. Members of Silver Strength had a coffee and cake afternoon to raise £222 for The Raunds Food Bank. Instructor Niki Dunkley said that "this is our second fund raising event this year with one more to come next month. My members are the most amazing courageous kind people and I'm so proud to be their instructor."
