Rushden Lakes jobs: Virtual recruitment event taking place this week

More than 30 jobs across retail, leisure and hospitality are up for grabs

A virtual jobs fair is taking place for more than 30 roles at Rushden Lakes this week.

The event will give jobseekers the chance to view vacancies within retail, leisure and hospitality at the popular retail and leisure complex.

A post on the Rushden Lakes Facebook page says: "We are pleased to announce that we are hosting our 2nd virtual jobs fair on Twitter this Thursday 22nd April.

"Jobs across both retail and hospitality, part time and full time hours.

"Visit our Twitter page, ‘@Rushdenlakessc’, between 11am & 1pm to view the vacancies at Rushden Lakes and within the local area.

"We will provide information on how we can support you on your journey to find a suitable role.

According to the Rushden Lakes website, current vacancies at the site include at Zizzi, Bewiched Coffee, Frasers, EE, Boots, H&M, Cotswold Outdoor, Lago Lounge, Terrace, JD, White Stuff, Wildwood and Canoe2.

JobCentre Plus for Leicestershire and Northants has also been tweeting about retail assistant positions available at Rushden Lakes' Primark store.

Thursday's virtual jobs fair is being held in partnership with Rushden Lakes, The Crown Estate, JobCentre Plus and Recruit Rushden Lakes.

Jobseekers will be able to view the vacancies and ask any questions they have, with candidates being put in touch with the right people and support for the jobs they are interested in.

Candidates will be supported through the Recruit Rushden programme in collaboration with the DWP and also Recovery Through Enterprise (which has a hub located at Rushden Lakes) if they wish.
