“The serviced offices provide a great working environment and we are looking to enhance the facilities with plans for a new gym. We have a wide range of varying sized office spaces available and all the interior layouts and fittings can be altered to specific requirements.

“With ample free parking space available, our newly refurbished serviced offices offer a great base for start-ups to established businesses with the potential to extend space required as your business grows.”

The Speedway closed at the end of last year after the owners admitted that it could not turn a profit as a racetrack.
